Our next clinic will be held in the Spring on April 25-26 and May 2-3.

Clinic Fee & Registration Deadline

The fee for the clinic is $745. A $50 discount is offered for early registrations, which lowers the fee to $695 if received 90 days prior to the clinic (January 26, 2026).

The deadline to register for our Spring clinic is March 11, 2026. All registrations and payments must be submitted by this date.

NOTE: Clinic capacity is capped at 20. If we reach 20 paid registrants before the published deadline then we will close registration.

Registrant must be at least 18 years old at start date of the clinic. We are not able to accept minors.

What is covered

Our fee includes all course materials, the graduation flight by commercial jet, and a catered meal at the conclusion of the clinic.

Non-US Citizens

If you are a non-U.S. citizen, there is an additional form you will need to complete in order to take the control tower tour. This form can take two weeks to process, so registering at the last minute (even if within the deadline) could result in you not being able to visit the control tower.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the clinic for which you are registered you will be offered a space in the next clinic. Continuous roll-overs are not permitted.

** MONETARY REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE. IF YOU CANCEL 90 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLINIC, AN ADDITIONAL $50 FEE IS APPLIED TO CANCEL YOUR AIRLINE TICKET **

PUBLIC RELATIONS INFORMATION & RELEASE: We understand the importance of protecting your confidentiality as you attend on of our clinics. As a non-profit, we rely on social media and other media outlets to help advertise and promote the Fear of Flying Clinic.

The cost of the ticket for the graduation flight is built into the fee. While you are strongly encouraged to take the graduation flight, it is not required. The ticket is yours regardless. If you choose not to use it, you may contact the airline and have the ticket reissued or credited toward another ticket purchase. The value of the ticket is good for one year from the date of the original flight.
