Chris King
Flight Attendant / Alaska Airlines
Chris grew up in Tennessee and Kentucky, and holds a B.A. in English. Fascinated with airplanes since childhood, he hoped to one day work on or around them. In 1996, Chris moved to Alaska and soon after was hired as a flight attendant with Alaska Airlines. Most of his family have never flown, partly due to fear, so he can sympathize with those who have a fear of flying. He recently managed to talk his sister into her first airplane ride (from Atlanta to Seattle and back) for her 50th birthday and she LOVED it and can't wait to do it again! He has lived in Seattle since 2007 and uses his airline benefits to travel as much as possible. He still requests a window seat when he flies because “looking at the world from 35,000 feet never gets old.”
